MalWare – 8 Pt Surround Bass to Melt Ya Face
January 21st, 2010I was just at the venue doing a sound check with Blackheart and the bass was amazing!!! There is an 8 point system set up around the dance floor complete with SUBS. If you are in the chill dome area (Camp ?) you will be able to rawk out to the music inside. This event is going to be super insane sauce.
Cannot wait for DOWNLINK AND CEEKER !!! Downlink’s first Bay Area Appearance and Ceeker’s back in the Bay after 5 years!!! Everything is set for epicness!!!!

November 17th, 2009MalLabel just dropped 6Blocc’s “Bad Boy”. This EP is a huge variety of remixes from SkullTrane, Zombie-J, Blackheart and Mycho Cocoa. When putting out EP’s like this (a track and several remixes), I listen for as much variety between the remixes as possible. I love to hear what the individual producers take from the original. So freaking sick to hear the results, and that is why I think everyone on the label is so talented and individual in their music. I hope you like this one. First Video Shoot Wrapped Up!
November 12th, 2009Yesterday the entire MalLabel crew came out to RedSky Records in SF to film “Rollin With My Crew”. It was a super fun event made that way by all the friends and family of the MalLabel posse. Mycho ended up buying 3 cases of champagne causing me to get slightly nauseous from crazy dancing and bubbly. We did multiple costumes changes and filmed several scenes in the downstairs space of RedSky. Nate Trimboli of VideoGraphica.com filmed the entire shoot in HD. Rollin With My Crew Music Video

El Diablo’s EP “Rollin With My Crew” just released on Thursday is going to have a speical promotional music video. MalLabel has hired Videographica is film and edit a hyphee music video featuring the label crew and all our our hawt friends. I am especially excited because the label has not filmed a video before and because this one is supposed to be special we are going all out. We will be filming at Red Sky studios (thanks to Jon Holliday for hooking the venue up) so I am sure it will turn up sicky. Stay tuned for the music video Rollin With My Crew by El Diablo!!!! Hush House Write-Up
October 15th, 2009So I just got some aweseomsauce news — Hush House has posted “Jekal” up as the featured release. This is really exciting for me because it is MalLabel’s first international press by a premier blog. I feel like big things are happening for the label. Also the Widdler RMX was a total last minute surprise addition to the release. HD4000 gave me the track last night. It all added up to a pretty sicky release. So proud of the MalLabel crew. Thanks for working away last weekend on the remixes — SkullTrane and Zombie-J rawked it!!!! Big ups to the Widdler and HD4000. I love this release.
